Everyone of us deals with stress one way or another.
One of the best way to kick stress in the arse is to hit the gym or even go for a run.
Doing something physical can actually help reduce overall stress levels as well as improve your quality of life.
Exercising regularly can help relieve a lot of things. Like, anxiety, anger and mild depression.
Being active gives you a good pump of endorphins which in turn makes you feel good.
Keeping your body moving also is a physical mediation. Okay, mediation isn't for everybody. Fair enough. But what if I say you were low key meditating without even realizing it?
Right, so you're going to exercise. AWESOME. But how do you start?
First of all, make sure you have the all clear from the doctors.
Then pencil it in, either with a personal trainer or take a moment to yourself to do this.
Plan a head, know what you want to achieve at the end of today.
Is it to workout for 30 mins? Or maybe to complete 1km walk?
Have music with you. it's truly amazing how music can change your mood!
Walk before you run!
Warm up before you hit it hard. This will help your body prepare for the killer boost of endorphins.
